“I’ve been struggling to find a hairdresser that knows how to do my hair (I have very curly, frizzy hair) and i thought i’d try out Urban Kurl because they have a great reputation. When i first arrived to my appointment i was so nervous and i instantly felt sick. Hart greeted me and took me to my chair, and noticed i was overwhelmed, and she sat with me and spent time to reassure me and make me feel at ease. I had never been comforted like that before, and although her hair is not as curly as mine, the words she was using made me confident that i was in good hands.

Long story short i have been going back to her every few weeks so she can work her magic, and also just to catchup with a friendly face. I know that all the staff are very good, but i trust her and i enjoy my appointments with her. Lifelong client here!”
